Our Dosvidanya® Bourbon Barrel-Aged Coffee is our specialty coffee that has been intentionally aged in wooden barrels, used previously for aging bourbon, and then our Imperial Stout. The aging process allows the coffee beans to absorb the complex flavors and aromas from the residual spirits or wood, resulting in a unique and distinct flavor profile.
Made with 100% Arabica beans are specially roasted to bring out their rich depth & vibrance. Our signature blend is Colombian, Kenyan, and French Roast coffee beans. Packaged in small batches by Cooper Coffee (Decatur, Illinois). Net weight 12 ounces (340 grams). Whole bean.
