RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase, we would happily help by following the steps listed below. However, please note that some products, such as culinary items, personal hygiene products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return or exchange. Any eligible return or exchange item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received them. 

Unfortunately, items purchased over 30 days are not eligible for a return or exchange.

TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Please email us at shop@destihl.com and include any order information (proof of purchase, online order #, purchaser information, etc.) in your communication. We will email you further details if your return or exchange request is approved. Please allow 2-3 business days for this process. Returns may only be made to the original form of payment or company credit. 

REFUNDS
As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of shipping carrier's employees, or similar reasons.
