DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The carrier estimates the timing of arrival for USPS Ground Advantage™ or UPS Ground deliveries, but this is not a guarantee. Items sent via either shipping service listed above come with an automatic $100 insurance, included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. However, shipments may occasionally be delayed by a few days if we receive a high volume of orders. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday at noon CST through Sunday or on Federal holidays. Orders received after noon CST will be processed the following business day.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
For most orders, you will receive an email with the tracking information once they ship. However, USPS First-Class Mail items do not have order tracking capabilities.
DESTIHL is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility and are with the carrier en route to the destination. We cannot anticipate or control shipping disruptions, such as delays, weather, carrier volume, misdelivery, insufficient address, or no access to the delivery location.
HELP WITH DAMAGED, LOST, MISSING OR NEVER ARRIVED ITEM(S)
If your item(s) are damaged, late, missing, or never arrived, or you believe they were misdelivered, please contact the carrier listed in your shipping notification email and provide them with your tracking information. This is a time-sensitive matter that the carrier can help with. To qualify, most issues must be addressed within 15-60 days of delivery notification.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS/RETURNED OR REFUSED DELIVERY
DESTIHL attempts to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure that USPS or UPS recognizes it as valid. We will contact the purchaser to provide an updated address if we cannot validate it. The order will be canceled and refunded if we cannot update the address.
DESTIHL will not be held responsible if the purchaser provides the wrong shipping address and cannot recover the item(s) sent.
